This Privacy Policy explains how TMHC BUILDING ENGINEERING CONSULTING - FZCO ("mAIndControl", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use maindcontrol.ai and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by TMHC BUILDING ENGINEERING CONSULTING - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy-related request, contact us at contact@maindcontrol.ai.
2. Information we collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Account data: your email address (used for one-time-code authentication; we do not store passwords).
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card numbers.
- Email files you upload (
.msg/.eml) and the data extracted from them (tasks, contacts, deadlines, project references). These files may contain personal data of third parties (e.g. senders, recipients); you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload them. - Reference data you upload (e.g. lot/owner mapping spreadsheets).
b) Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the core Service: parse uploaded emails and extract structured tasks.
- To authenticate you (email one-time codes).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To secure the Service (rate-limiting, fraud and abuse prevention).
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and important changes.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service: Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe, and Infomaniak.
Email content uploaded for extraction is transmitted to Anthropic's API solely to perform the extraction and is not used to train models, per Anthropic's commercial terms.
5. Data retention
- Uploaded email files are processed and the underlying stored object is deleted on a best-effort basis shortly after extraction; extracted tasks remain in your account until you delete them.
- Account and task data are retained while your account is active. You may delete tasks at any time; deleted items are soft-deleted and then purged.
- Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@maindcontrol.ai.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
- EU/EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in securing the Service.
- U.S. residents (CCPA/CPRA framework): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell or share personal data as defined).

7. Security
We use encrypted storage, scoped access controls (row-level security), single-use authentication codes, and provider-side redundancy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States and the European Union) by the providers listed in Section 4. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
