Privacy policy

To turn your emails into a plan of action, mAIndControl processes the content of the files you import (.msg / .eml): subject, sender, recipients, date, message body and attachment names. The binary content of attachments is never transmitted.

Your emails are processed on the fly and then deleted: no imported file is kept after processing. Only the generated tasks (lot, owner, action, due date, importance) are saved in your workspace, under your control, and can be deleted at any time.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes. It is used solely to provide you with the service.

Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU) and the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nFADP, Switzerland). You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to processing.

Generated tasks are kept as long as your account is active and until you delete them. Access is protected by authentication and partitioned by project.
