What does mAIndControl do?
mAIndControl reads your construction project emails and automatically turns them into actionable tasks: trade package, owner, action, due date and importance level. You go from an email thread to a structured plan of action.
Which files can I import?
Outlook (.msg) or standard (.eml) emails, by simple drag and drop. No install, no integration, and no mailbox connection to set up.
What is extracted from each email?
For every request, follow-up or decision, mAIndControl identifies the trade package, owner, action, due date and importance — then gathers everything into a dashboard you can filter and share with your team.
Are my emails stored?
No. Your emails are analyzed and then discarded: only the extracted tasks are saved. No email is kept after processing.
How is my data isolated from other customers?
Every account is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security): you only ever access your own projects and tasks, never another customer's.
How do I sign in?
Passwordless. You receive a single-use 6-digit code by email and enter it to open your session.
How much does it cost?
One plan, everything included: 99 USD / month. You can also try it free for up to 5 emails per day, with no credit card and no sign-up.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancellation is handled through Stripe; your subscription then switches to the free tier at the end of the period you've already paid for, with no commitment.
Is mAIndControl GDPR compliant?
Yes. Processing is GDPR and FADP compliant, with no reselling and no advertising on your data.
